Missy’s White Chocolate Fudge

December 13, 2010

From a co-worker who has more experience  than I, in making and baking sweets.. After her arm healed from my twisting,she started her holiday baking binge a few weeks ago. We received  a package last Christmas that sent my taste buds into a frenzy.  Enjoy!

  • 1 Pkg white almond bark
  • 2 t. vanilla
  • 1 can sweetened condensed milk
  • Candied fruit, dried cranberries and nuts are all optional, but red and green candies cherries look very Christmas-y
    I used half container red and half green cherries,and about 3/4 cup pecans all rough chopped

*Note from Missy: The only tidbit for doing this stuff is you need everything ready.Once you add the milk to the melted bark it goes rather quickly.If you dilly dally, your bark mixture will start to develop texture before you get in the pan. I assemble everything first, then melt, dump stir and throw it in the pan.

Melt the candy in the microwave, starting with a minute and adding 30 seconds until it is smooth and melted, add the can of condensed milk and vanilla and mix until smooth, {quickly}

 Add chopped fruit and nuts.

Stir until combined,working quickly.

Pour into a 9×13 pan either lightly greased, sprayed, or do as I did and use quick release foil {love this stuff}

 Cut the pieces very small as it is very rich and very sweet.

Missy sent a package with her decadent treats. Here is a pic I took of her White Chocolate Fudge and FantasyFudge.
