Ravioli and Vegetables Alfredo

One of the many ways I use the Heart Healthy Alfredo  sauce. Your tastebuds will never tell!
  • 1 small bunch of broccoli,blanched (I wrap in a wet paper towl and microwave for 2 minutes)and cut in bite size pieces
  • 1/2 purple onion .cut in thin slices
  • 8-10 Porcini muchrooms ,sliced thin
  • 1 T. butter
  • 8 oz. dried mini raviolis
  • 1 t. oregano
  • Grated Parmesean to top
Boil water for your pasta. Melt butter in saute pan.Sweat onions until almost clear.Add mushrooms and broccoli.
Drain your pasta and add it to the saute pan.Sprinkle with just a bit of oregano and garlic salt.
Add 2 C. of Amazing Alfredo to saute pan.Stir until all veggies and pasta are well coated.Transfer to serving bowl.
Grate a litttle  fresh Parmesean over pasta right before serving. A spring mix salad  is the perfect side.
